Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have so far benefited from the technological progress in telecommunications, becoming more efficient as they adapt the way they do business. This study examines SMEs’ use of telecommunications technology and their perspectives on the services they obtain from Canadian telecommunication providers.
